Principal Coach

Believing in the unlimited human potential and the transformative power of coaching, Selam Meharena founded Graceful Coaching Services (GCS) to support professional women in achieving positive lasting change and behavior for themselves, their families, and their teams.

Combining over 25 years of management and leadership experience in private and non-profit organizations with Executive and Personal Coaching certification from an ICF accredited program, Selam helps women at all levels to create a new state of being by reexamining their Values, Purposes, and Legacies.

She provides a unique approach to coaching by cultivating partnerships, providing optimal tools and a structure that aids clients in achieving their chosen transformative goals in profound ways.

Selam is deeply committed to supporting her clients as they champion each step on their journey. She challenges them when they are off track with a caring heart, honesty and respect, and stimulates learning and insight pursuant to their chosen transformative goals. She actively listens to her clients: Why they say, What they say, and When they don't say what they want to. 

Selam is a Certified Executive and Personal Coach. She holds a Master's degree in Organization Management from Antioch University - Los Angeles
